Saints Take on Beefeaters in Rivalry Rematch

The St. Clair College Saints Football team (4-0) will host their biggest game of the year Saturday night when the London Beefeaters (3-1) come to town in a rivalry match-up with kickoff set for 7:00pm at the SportsPark's Acumen Stadium. 

The Saints are ranked #2 in the CJFL and handed the OFC defending champion Beefeaters their first loss of the season last weekend in London by a score of 26-18 which was a 1-point game with just over two minutes to play. St. Clair rookie running back MJ Doyle-Marshall (Airdrie, AB) had a breakout game in that victory earning OFC Offensive Player of the Week honours running for 121 yards on 15 carries as the Saints backfield dominated the contest with 347 total yards on the ground.  St. Clair receivers Jared Hayes-Williams (Windsor, ON) and Dante Lewis (Windsor, ON) lead the pass catching attack with Lewis gaining the most all-purpose yards (632) for the Saints. 

London running back Taz Bell continues to be a force in the OFC for the Beefeaters who slipped to #5 in the CJFL rankings.
