INTRAMURALS

The Saints Student Athletic Association Inc. encourages all St. Clair students to make constructive use of their leisure time to acquire new physical skills and enhance fitness. The S.S.A.A. Intramural program stimulates social interaction with other students, facilitating the development of proper attitudes and sportsmanship.
Intramurals include Recreational activities, individual and team sports, competition, tournaments, day trips, and special events. You can participate if you are a full-time student who has paid the Student Service Fee. Part-time students do not have the service fee built into their tuition costs and therefore must pay it before participating. Varsity team members are not allowed to compete in their respective sports with some exceptions (Check individual sport rules).
Team Sports Require:
A list of team members with student numbers, along with a team name, a captain or contact with a local phone number. Classes are encouraged to sign up as a team. This facilitates scheduling since timetables are similar and classes are eligible for awards at the Athletic Awards Banquet. If you sign up individually, we will attempt to find you a roster to play on.
When & Where:
Games are scheduled according to your class/team availability sheet along with facility availability. Most events are held on Windsor Campus in either gymnasium or at the St. Clair College Sportspark. Ice Hockey is played at multiple arenas around the city. Some special events and tournaments are held at various local locations in the Windsor/Essex area.
