Bio

Prior begins his St. Clair coaching career in 2022 having spent the last two years with the Tecumseh Thunder organization assisting with the 18U program.  He is an NCCP level II certified coach that helped the Thunder to a Premier Baseball League of Ontario (PBLO) playoff championship in 2021. 

Before joining the Thunder, he was on the coaching staff for the Sun Parlour team that placed fourth at the Ontario Summer Games in 2018.  He also assisted the Riverside Royals Bantam Major team that earned a 2^nd place finish in both the Ontario Eliminations and the ‘AAA’ OBA Provincial Championship in 2019. 

Prior played minor baseball locally with the Riverside Royals, Windsor Titans and Walker Homesites programs. With Walker Homesites he contributed to five consecutive US league titles that developed into a highly ranked team in Michigan.  In addition, he was part of a 22U ‘AA’ Provincial Championship along with a pair of finalist seasons.  Prior also played one season for the University of Windsor on his way to graduating with an Honours Degree in French studies.
