Women's Indoor Soccer Take Part in Invitational

(Vaughan, ON) The St. Clair College women's varsity indoor soccer team took part in their first event of the semester on Friday.

The Saints were in Vaughan at the Ontario Soccer Centre taking part in the George Brown Invitational.

St. Clair started the day losing a tight game to the University of Lakehead-Orillia 2-1 in their first round robin match.

In their second game the Saints played the George Brown Huskies to a 0-0 draw.

In their final round robin match St. Clair played another solid game but ended up playing the Sheridan Bruins to a 1-1 tie.

The Saints narrowly missed the semi final game due to a tiebreaker.

The St. Clair women will next be in action on the OCAA Regionals at the Ontario Soccer Centre on February
