Men's Soccer Home Opener Sunday

The St. Clair College men's varsity soccer open their OCAA season this Sunday at Acumen Stadium.

The Saints will be hosting the Sheridan Bruins (Oakville) at 3 pm. St. Clair went 5-4-1 losing in the OCAA Quarterfinal 2-1 to the Seneca Sting, the eventual National and Provincial Silver Medalists.

Some of the key returnees are former OCAA All-Stars Mateo Grahovac (Windsor; Riverside), Patrick Maheux (Amherstburg, Villanova), Austin Severino (Kingsville; Kingsville District), Riley Drkulec (Belle River; St. Anne's) and Zain Nizam (Windsor; Kennedy).

A couple key transfers are Tanner Page (Bothwell; West Elgin), Thomas Saba (Leamington; Cardinal Carter) and Michael Zicvic (Windsor; St. Joseph's) who all have significant experience at the U Sports level.
