Windsor (ON) The St. Clair College men's soccer team will face a huge test in their second match of the year on Saturday. The Saints will be hosting the Humber Hawks at 6 pm at Acumen Stadium at the Sportspark.
Both teams are 1-0 heading into the match. St. Clair defeated Mohawk by a score of 6-0 while Humber took down Fanshawe 4-2. The Hawks are ranked 1st in the OCAA and 1st in Canada. The St. Clair men are ranked 2nd in the OCAA and 5th in Canada.
This will be a rematch of the last years OCAA semi-final in which the Saints lost 5-1. Humber went to win the CCAA National Championship.
The St. Clair roster features 9 rookies while the Humber roster includes 6 first year players. Humber also has some veteran players with some significant professional experience.
Admission is free for the match on Saturday night.
