Football in OFC Final Saturday Night at Acumen Stadium
The St. Clair Saints Football team will be at Acumen Stadium for the OFC Championship this Saturday, October 21st at 7:00pm against the London Beefeaters. Gate opens at 5:00pm.
The Saints will try to keep the Teddy Morris Memorial Trophy at St. Clair College for another year, after hoisting it last year when they defeated the Beefeaters in last years OFC Final by a score of 38-7.
This year the Saints finished 8-0 and defeated the Ottawa Sooners in the OFC Semi-Final 29-3. While, London came 2nd in the OFC with a 6-2 record and defeated Hamilton 50-7 in their OFC Semi-Final matchup. The Saints and Beefeaters met twice this season, with the Saints coming out on top in both meetings 33-17 and 40-36.
A highly anticipated matchup between two rivals will make for another great edition of the OFC Championship Game. Hope to see you their Saints Nation!
