Men’s Baseball Blank Sheridan

Mississauga, ON – The St. Clair College Men's Baseball team (10-1) swept a doubleheader Saturday afternoon from Sheridan College (Brampton) at Clarkson Park in Mississauga while blanking the home team in 7-0 and 3-0 wins. 

Saints' starter Cody Moore (LaSalle, ON/Sandwich) went the distance in game one holding the opposition to only one hit with a walk while striking out five Bruin batters.  St. Clair catcher Henry Real (Panama City, Panama) led the offense going 2-for-3 including a double and drove in three runs.  Owen Levesque (Windsor, ON/St. Joseph's) also had two hits including a triple with two RBI while Ethan Paulos (Ancaster, ON) contributed a pair of singles.

Game two saw fine St. Clair pitching again as starter Brady Knelsen (Leamington, ON) was dominant striking out ten batters while only giving up three hits and walk over seven innings.  Paulos, Real and Hunter Appleyard (LaSalle, ON/St. Thomas of Villanova) each had a hit in the game with Real driving in two runs. 

The Saints finish their GTA road trip against George Brown College (Toronto) with a doubleheader starting at 1:00pm at Christie Pits Park.
