Women's Soccer Hosting OCAA Quarterfinal Saturday

The St. Clair Saints Women's Soccer team will be hosting an OCAA Playoff Quarterfinal match on Saturday at Noon at Acumen Stadium.

St. Clair will be taking on the Centennial Colts from Toronto. The winner will advance to the OCAA Championship Final Four.

Centennial finished in 3rd in the East Division with a record of 7 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties and are ranked 4th in Ontario. The Saints were 2nd in the West Division with an identical record and are ranked 5th in Ontario.

The Saints scored 46 goals and allowed 6 while recording 7 shutouts in their 10 league games.  The Colts scored 51 times and allowed 6 as well.

St. Clair was led offensively by rookie Victoria Walsh who scored 11 goals in 10 league games.  The Saints had 10 players score 2 or more goals during the regular season. Keeper Scotlyn Fick led the OCAA in save percentage with a 939 number.
