# 8 St. Clair Women’s Basketball Host Sheridan Sunday

Windsor, ON – The St. Clair College Women's Basketball (3-0) team will host their first OCAA game since March of 2020 when they welcome Sheridan College (Brampton) to the SportsPlex on Sunday with a 1:00pm tip time.  After a successful opening three games the Saints were ranked #2 in the OCAA's first poll but slipped to #8 nationally.

Sheridan is 2-1 (OCAA 7^th ranked) so far with first year 5'6" guard Danyelle Campbell (North York, ON) sitting OCAA top 20 and a team high 14.7 points per game scoring average.  4^th year 5'6" guard Tamya Rowe (Brampton, ON) is undersized but good enough so far to average a team leading 12.3 rebounds per game and adds nearly double figures in scoring (9.3 PPG) for Sheridan. 

4^th year twin sister guards Jana Kucera (Chatham, ON) and Logan Kucera (Chatham, ON) continue to lead St. Clair in several statistical categories.  Logan leads the Saints in rebounding at 8.0 per contest but at 16.7 PPG (OCAA 12^th) is a tick ahead of sister Jana at 16.0 PPG (OCAA 16^th) in scoring average per game. Jana does lead St. Clair in assists at 5.0 per game and steals at 4.0 per game. 

St. Clair College is welcoming spectators back to the SportsPlex but encouraging an early arrival so patrons can complete COVID protocols which include screening and proof of double vaccination along with showing their government issued identification. 

General Admission rates are $5.00 for ages 13 and up while 12 and under along with St. Clair students gain access for free.
