12 Week Body Transformation – No More Excuses

The 12 Weeks fat loss program is designed to keep you on track using a 3-phase nutrition and workout program.

The program is divided into three 4-week segments that gradually increase in intensity, while nutrition gradually becomes more focused.  This program is designed for individuals who are attempting to reduce body fat and increase muscle tone.  A first and final fitness assessment is made at the beginning and end of the 12-week program.

First Step Quickness

The ability to explode and generate extreme power with your first two steps is crucial to success in any sport. Attributes such as balance, strength, stance and acceleration are critical to improving speed. Training this system improperly will make you slower and drive you away from your potential. It is critical to train 1st step speed correctly in order to be the best you can be!

Functional Testing

We test your ability to perform the way the body was meant.  We test muscle length and strength, assess posture, and perform a complete movement analysis.

Performance Testing

Testing for overall fitness and sports-related fitness are critical to the development of a balanced athlete.  Often it is what’s done outside the sport that makes the difference between a good player and a great player.   In order to thoroughly measure the progress of an athlete in their sport, performance tests are required.
